Yuyao Boyi Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. (Boyi) is also named Yuyao Huifeng Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. Boyi expands the scale of production and technological innovation as a company specializing in the production of metal and plastic tubes for vacuum cleaners.

Our company covers an area of 12,000 square meters, enjoying convenient traffic, strong technology and having advanced production equipment and sophisticated means of detection. We are a leading enterprise in the line, integrating product development, production, electroplating and services in a whole.

Our company has four workshops and a branch, engaging in punch, polishing, injection molding, assembly and electroplating respectively. The number of employee is more than 400, including 5 senior technical engineers, 10 university academic management staff, 40 staff with professional titles. They ensure us strong technical force and comprise an excellent management team. At present, our daily output reaches more than 40,000 sets. Our 6 assembly lines have daily output of 42,000 sets of assembled products. Our polishing workshop has 4 automatic polishing machines and 20 hand polishing machines to combine production. That ensures the necessary output for electroplating branch, which has 2 automatic lines to ensure daily output of 85,000 sets for assembly workshop.

We also have an electroplating assay and analysis laboratory and an integration laboratory, which can test various kinds of data of telescopic tubes, such as pressure, pull, torsion and leakage capability. We also can make salt and fog experiments against corrosion, and we have mirco-computer thickness gauge for measuring accurately electroplating thickness to ensure the long-term stability of product quality. In order to ensure the whole rapid and choiceness process, we control the entire production process by ERP advanced management. In 2005 and 2006 ,we succeed in developing and applying for two international patent products so as to meet customers' demands, and they have been well received by our clients, such as hf-901 have already been used by Ningbo Furjia and hf-902 used by Ningbo Fuda. In 2007, we are ready to develop 3 to 4 new products to satisfy our customers' and market's increasing requirements.

Since our company was built in 1997, up to now, we have already built many long-term cooperation relationships with clients from home and abroad, such as American Emerson, German Karcher, Electrolux, Kingclean and so on.
